Try the documentation first
Many questions are answered in the docs, which need no login:
- Quick start
- Attachment mode
- Push your spec from CI
- Troubleshooting
- FAQ
- Migrating from another Swagger macro
What to include in a bug report
- Your Confluence site URL and the URL of the page with the macro
- The OpenAPI version of your spec (2.0, 3.0.x or 3.1) and your browser
- Whether you use paste or attachment mode
- If you can share it, a minimal anonymised spec that reproduces the problem
Never send secrets
Do not send API tokens, passwords or confidential specs by email. If you need us to look at a spec, send a minimal anonymised example. If a token reaches us by mistake, revoke it right away.
Security reports
Email support@capella.business with the subject "SECURITY". We acknowledge within one business day. Please do not discuss vulnerabilities in public channels.
Billing, trials and refunds
Paid subscriptions are purchased, invoiced and collected by Atlassian through the Atlassian Marketplace. For invoices, renewals and standard refunds, use your Atlassian billing contact; see section 5 of the EULA for the terms. For anything outside Atlassian's refund window, write to us and we will consider it case by case.
Privacy and data requests
To access or delete licence or support data we hold about you, email support@capella.business. See the Privacy Policy.
Feature requests
Tell us what you need. Live "Try it out" calls and loading a spec from a URL would require external permissions and end the Runs on Atlassian guarantee, so we only consider a separate edition if enough customers ask.
